Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your delivery if:

  • Product is sealed and unused
  • Product was damaged in transit
  • Wrong item delivered

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us with photos of the product and packaging within the 3-day window, before using it.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Bottle opened
  • Seal broken
  • Product used
