Returns are accepted within 3 days after you receive the delivery, provided the product seal remains unopened. Products with an opened or broken seal are not eligible for return.
How to request a return
Please contact Butt Oil Traders with your order details within the 3-day window. Include the product name and the date you received it so our team can check your request and explain the next steps.

Keep the seal unopened
Check the product and packaging before opening. If the item received does not match your order, or appears damaged on arrival, contact our team with your order details and photographs before using it.

Our team will review your request and confirm the applicable return and refund arrangements directly with you.
