Business Overview

Butt Oil Traders is a Pakistan-based wholesaler/distributor of genuine automotive lubricants and spare parts. We deal in original branded products including but not limited to:
ZIC, Shell, AMS OIL,Liqui Moly, Havoline, Total, KIXX, Honda, Toyota, Q Oil and other recognized brands.
We are committed to selling authentic and verified products only.

Orders & Payment Policy

Lahore Orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
  • Payment collected at delivery
Outside Lahore Orders
  • A minimum advance payment of Rs. 500–1000 is required to confirm orders.
  • The remaining balance is payable as agreed.

    This advance policy exists due to high courier costs and heavy oil shipments to prevent fraudulent orders.Orders without confirmation may be cancelled.

Pricing & Availability

Due to fluctuations in the oil and automotive market, prices may change without prior notice.
All orders are subject to stock availability.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Lahore: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Lahore: 2–4 business days.

We use:

  • M&P Courier
  • TM Cargo
  • Local transport (for bulk shipments)
    Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is unopened and unuse
  • Return request made within 3 days
  • Damaged product reported within 24 hours

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is used
  • Oil bottle opened

Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Product Usage & Liability

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct oil grade and compatibility.
Butt Oil Traders shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect oil selection
  • Third-party mechanic errors

We strongly recommend consulting before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Payment Security

We do not store banking details or card information.
All advance payments are processed via secure banking methods.

Intellectual Property
