General Petroleum’s Petrogen 20W-50 goes into everyday petrol engines. It’s meant for older Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and Nissan models, three-wheelers and small commercial vehicles, basically any petrol engine whose manual lists 20W-50 and has a few years on the clock.
What it does
- Keeps a thick film between moving metal parts, which can help cut wear and engine noise in high-mileage engines.
- Resists oxidation and thermal breakdown on long drives and in summer heat.
- Detergents help reduce carbon deposits and sludge.
- Neutralises combustion acids to help protect cylinder walls, bearings and valve gear from corrosion.
