Toyota CVTF FE is a premium, fully synthetic transmission fluid developed by Toyota for its latest generation of belt-type and chain-type CVTs. The “FE” stands for Fuel Economy, reflecting its lower viscosity compared to the older “TC” fluid. This lower viscosity reduces internal “drag” within the transmission, leading to better fuel efficiency and smoother performance in cold weather. It is the factory-fill fluid for most Toyota vehicles manufactured from 2012 onwards.
