RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days if:

• Product is sealed and unused
  
• Product was damaged in transit
  
• Wrong item delivered

Damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Bottle opened
  
• Seal broken
  
• Product used
  
  

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
